Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Non-formal education programs play a crucial role in addressing literacy gaps, providing vocational training, and empowering marginalized populations. In Potiskum Local Government Area (LGA), Yobe State, non-formal education initiatives target diverse groups, including out-of-school children, women, and adults seeking skill acquisition.
